documentation, including all intellectual property rights, are property of the
licenser. Furthermore, you agree that you hereby do not receive any property
rights in the software, the documentation or in patents, copyrights, trademarks
or intellectual property rights, which are connected to it. This also applies to
the commercial license and their employees. Occasionally DD will build a
an application that contains processing steps that include editing files owner
by Dream Designs, This will be documented in writing and licensed in writing.

Support:
The licenser is not obliged to give support or to carry out maintenance services
for the software. As a user or licensee you do not have any claim to product

Duration of the License
The license is granted for a limited period of time. In the case of breach of
agreement, the right to use the software expires automatically without
cancellation.
Scope of License:
This license covers this web application, no matter what server it resides
on nor what domain name is pointing at it. This web application relies on
several different files created by Dream Designs by Texx Smith. This Web Application
also creates files. The files it creates are covered under the terms of this
license. This license covers the service the complete set of files,
their
programming and operation provide. At all times the files on the web server and
the MS Access Database files it creates and the files that were created to support
this web application are intellectual property of Dream Designs by Texx Smith.
For security reasons and customization reason those files cannot be
specifically
named here.
Termination of License:
If your End User License or Commercial License has been revoked, suspended,
terminated etc. Then you must:
- Stop using this web application as must your end users
- Surrender all created and supporting files
immediately to Dream Designs by Texx Smith
- Remove all copies of these files from all of your computers
Always remove all copies of these files from all of your computers.
Always Forbidden by this License:
There are several things that Licensed users do not have rights or permission to
do:
- Edit files that Dream Designs by Texx Smith created without written
permission.
- Show files, the source code of any files, queries in files, methods
of operation procedures, flaws, bugs, features or anything about this
site to someone who does not have a license to use this application.
- Reverse engineer any part of this application, it's supporting files
or the files that this application creates programmatically.
- Distribute this software or it's files in any way.

this service in any way. The software is provided "as is". THE LICENSER

The user will in no way hold the owners of this software or service liable
