Dream Designs by Texx Smith was founded by James "Texx" Smith.  We perform many services mostly focused on data services and internet marketing.  At the time of this writing, we have 2 offices, our St Petersburg Web Design Office and our Florida Networking Office.  We are not open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week all year round.  We often work late into the night, we often take phone calls in the middle of the night, we often start driving before dawn.   We do what it takes to get the job done.

Dream Designs currently has 3 employees and a sub-contractor net of about well, let's just say we've got any project covered, large or small.  Most of our project don't require sub-contractors, we prefer to just use regular employees, adding them as the work load increases.  Yes, we do have some "big" clients.  No, we can't let you talk to them.  You don't want 3-50 phone calls per week from people trying to get references on us do you?  Well neither do our clients.  If you really need to hear from someone who has hired us before we can arrange it.  we also understand that no one wants to go with an unknown.
